On April 9, 2024, Boricuas Unidos en la Diáspora and the Seattle University School of Law are excited co-host a lecture by Dr. Juan Dalmau, Secretary General and 2024 gubernatorial candidate of the Puerto Rican Independence Party. Dalmau, who is also a constitutional law professor, will offer legal and political perspectives on Puerto Rico's 125-year-old colonial status and share new developments that are changing Puerto Rico's political landscape and the future of the world's oldest colony.
